Awful service

The product didn’t come for a month and only got shipped after I had to contact them several times and when it arrived today it’s not even the product that I ordered!!! So I have paid an extra 250 pounds in customs tax for something that I didn’t even order!!! This company is a disgrace and will make sure I will never order from them ever again!
