Creatine + HMB

dissolves readily in small amount of water or coffee, taste is acceptable in that, and not even noticeable when some plain kefir is added. I love that I get both Creatine AND calcium (the HMB). I split my scoopful and take this prior to or with breakfast and/or within 30 min of working out.

I've been taking Creatine for a 2 years now, but after listening to Kevin in the webinar I added Creatine + HMB. I've been taking it for a month now and am very happy with the product.

I believe this product is helping me be stronger. Using muscle testing I take what my body wants daily and it is usually about half the recommended serving. If I take the recommended amount I have pain in my liver area.
