At first, I loved the bag. It’s very big and the straps are long. After about two months of use, the vegan leath on the straps has ripped. I reached out to customer service and they offering me a 30% off coupon, but I’m not interested in purchasing anymore bags from this company when they are not durable after only a couple months of use.
