AeroStretch Power Zero Wall Hugger Reclining Sofa with Drop Down Table Tray

I bought 2 sofas, the AeroStretch Power Zero Wall Hugger Reclining Sofa with Drop Down Table Tray and the massage version of the same sofa. The first sofa came via FedEx a few days after ordering in perfect condition. They even delayed shipping by a couple days so we could attend a funeral out of town. The delivery of the second sofa has been a nightmare!!! Almost A week went by with no communication letting us know what happened to the 2nd sofa. After multiple calls and emails, we were informed the second sofa would be shipped from an alternate location by a shipper with multiple negative reviews, Roadrunner. It’s going to take Roadrunner almost a week to deliver compared to FedEx’s 2 days. Unfortunately, now because of the almost two week delay since ordering we will be on vacation come arrival day. I contacted Aliving regarding the situation. They told me to call Roadrunner directly to see if the order could be expedited with the number Aliving provided. I tried but the number Aliving provided was a non-working number. That’s where we are now after spending almost $4000. Very disappointing. On a positive note, the one sofa we did receive arrived in perfect condition. It’s firm but comfortable. Also, I’m only 5’9” but my feet hang over the foot rest when reclined and it’s a little uncomfortable after awhile. Finally, a headrest would be nice for this sofa. My neck gets a little fatigued holding it up while watching tv. Otherwise, a nice sofa. Cup holder and wireless phone charging arena Nice touch.

I ordered the 3 piece Sofa and 2 piece love seat in the polyester. These were very easy to put together and they are super comfortable. When they say "wallhugger" they mean it. I was worried about the USB being on the inside but you really don't notice it at all. There is even an extension on the foot rest that you don't see until it is extended. I couldn't be happier! ❤️

The three boxes arrived on different days. It took us a few days after they all arrived for us to unbox the sofa. For an 84 yr. old man, it was relatively easy to assemble. Directions were clear and simple. We are enjoying the reclining feature, however, our feet don't touch the floor when the sofa is not reclined. It helps to have a pillow for back support. The sofa is well made and the color is perfect for our decor. Very good product!
