So far so good. I have only had the Beacon 40 for 2 nights. I think this is hardly enough time to give a review. So far, I have found the light comforting. For now we are using one hour a night. My husband and I have graded our sleep, memory and mind in percentages to revisit in a month to see if any changes for the better has taken place. We are hopeful.

Take a couple of days to get used to to, but I am a believer of light therapy.
