Use this! Spread the watercolour ground on whatever you want to transform into watercolour sub straight! I have still to try this on canvas but that’s how the art store displayed the sample. I’v e put thin and textured layers with light sands in-between on wood panels and its turned out great. Do some samples as to how much coverage you want but even with minimal coverage works like paper! I would not recommend a large watercolour wash as I think the ground will start to pull off but again I haven’t explored that as of yet! Contemporary Watercolour · Linnea Martina Hannigan
