Good product, but be careful with import taxes

The product is good and matches the photos; it is attractive and of good quality. The black metal piece in the center arrived slightly scratched. The reason for my rating is the issues I encountered when receiving the product due to import duties, which in my case increased the price by €76, after having to go through several procedures with customs agents because the declared information by funirem did not match reality. I filed a complaint and the company took responsibility, refunding me (only half of the taxes), which I appreciate, as well as their good customer service—quick and friendly. Despite this, I believe it is important for the website to include a note next to the price indicating that taxes are not included and that customs charges are the responsibility of the customer, in order to avoid unpleasant surprises.
