I love this rope wrench and the ability to adjust the friction

Arbospace did a good job responding to inquiries regarding shipping and communicating the reasoning for delays. In my case I asked that they contact me prior to shipment, I had recently moved. Once they Recieved shipment of the item, they followed up with me to adjust the delivery address and I Recieved the item shortly after. Thank you.
