The product was quickly shipped The installation learning curve was quick but it would have been easier had a brief tutorial, or YouTube video was made available on your website. Before purchasing! The most frustrating aspect of the project was not knowing what to order. Not knowing what alpha and gamma parts were used for. Therefore I had to place a second order so I had the correct parts. And because the knowledge was not available via the website before the purchase. The parts I ordered incorrectly needed to be shipped back at my expense. So I hope you fix your website so first time buyers can be better informed of what items they need to purchase from day one! Other than that it’s an amazing awesome product and after last night’s 1. 5 inches of rain it works great. Success no more puddles on the driveway! Thanks
