full disclosure - i love absolutely every single flavor ive ever tried of gatto gelato. that being said…birthday cake was SO GOOD! i am not usually too much of a birthday cake flavor person but have been feeling it more recently and i was shocked (in the best way) at the lemony taste of this flavor! it was very unexpected and very nice, not too overpowering.
