I am very skeptical of anything and everything performance related but saw this product a few months back and thought I would try it never expecting much. I can honestly say after using it for almost two months, in my case it delays fatigue during hard rides. The difference is so that I have tried similar rides with it and without it and notice a difference. Obviously there are many other variables, but all I know is I can tell there is a difference when using and not using this product during intense rides. Its the simple realization that the onset of severe fatigue takes longer allowing me to push harder through tough rides or intervals. It works! Cons: Its white and will get on your bibs. Its also requires plenty of rubbing in to make the cream blend in, like an SPF 100 sunscreen consistency.

Great product you feel the difference.

Doesn’t work as good as PR Lotion in preventing soreness.
