Wrong brakes

I think I saw somewhere that it said the brakes fit all models of mangosteen, and I thought I ordered brakes for the mp1 as on the certificate of origin it says mp1 but when I received my brakes it was not even close to the same one I needed. I contacted you guys maybe 3 times now since and haven’t heard anything back yet.
