Embroidered Phoenix Hoodie

Not only the hoodie is top tier, the customer service is also! My original order was lost. I contacted them and after reviewing the info, they fulfilled a new one for free! They’re awesome - a big part of this order is the customer service so please feel free to contact them if anything goes wrong. They will help! The embroidery is impeccable and hoodie is beautiful. Fits a little snug but not too much. It’s cause it’s really a lot of stitching involved and it’s not loose stitching. But my size is perfect for me. If you want a looser size, get a size higher. And you can use the size chart - it does help and the conversion is Percise.
