The cameras are excellent but the install is awful if you use Lorex's installers for setup. I had 3 different installers to come set up my cameras and that was a horrible experience considering the cost of the cameras. I assumed Lorex had well-trained installers but over confident people arrived at my front door. The first installer failed to secure the cameras to the brick wall using the required screws. Leaving cameras being open to wind and rain damage. The first installers also attempted to leave visible Ethernet/Cat5e cables running from the outside my house to the inside of my house laying stretched across the living room laying on the floor to the dining room. Until, I demanded he remove those cables. That young installer seriously thought that acceptable. The second installer arrived and did a much better job but was not able to run Ethernet/Cat5e cables along the seam of my house. On the other hand the third installer completed the job but left unserviceable wire hooked up to my NVR. I asked him to remove all those unusable Ethernet/Cat5e cables . He told me to "relax and calm down, I'll come back, I have another appointment!" He left and did not return. Talk about unprofessionalism after I paid for a full install. The pictures posted is from the work done from the first installer. To sum this up. The cameras are excellent but their install team is off the rails.

I love it. Choosing Lorex was a great decision because the cameras are of high quality, and overall, everything works very well.
