Sleeping Sloth - Huge Oversized Comfy Original Hoody

Haven’t received my order which was placed the 23rd of November, states on the website they reply to emails within 24 hours when they take 2 days or more to reply even then it’s after 11pm at night …they eventually emailed us to say our parcel was attempted to be delivered yesterday at 7:30pm no one knocked my door or is on my ring doorbell…absolutely terrible service these hoods aren’t cheap and we’re for my daughter’s birthday on the 25th of November
