Haven’t installed the cable yet but I did compare it to one I have from an on-line VW parts shop and I could see that the heavy duty cable is definitely beefier and better crimped on both ends. I am confident that it will solve my issue of shredding stock cables; can’t wait to install it and drive my bug again.
