The plasma is slightly salty and my impression is that it is as stated but I can’t verify. I was hoping for relief from foot cramps, but this isn’t the answer. I like that it is in glass!!!! I wish the vials had one larger opening to snap off instead of two little ends that can sometimes fracture an extra bit. I trust Blushield, so gave it 5 stars.
