Vanera Full Body Wellness Bundle

I love all the different variety of pads to use on various parts of the body. I purchased mostly to see if it would work on my lipedema. So far it has made areas feel much less painful and some of the inflammation I had is lessening. The one concern I have is after using the hot/cold pack for heat it sprung a leak after only the second time warming it up. I submerged it in water and put it in the microwave for two minutes as instruction stated. Is there someway I can get a replacement?

Got the products, very happy with them. Unfortunately there was quiet a delay in receiving them ( 3 1/2 weeks waiting).
