Soft but fit is off and quality issue

The sweatshirt is super soft. But like the other reviews mentioned, the sizing is off and the shirt is short. (I even sized up to a M and am typically a S.) I am not impressed with the quality either. One of the inside ties has already come off (threads came loose) and it looks like the sweatshirt is starting to pill. I have had this shirt for only a month and I washed it on delicate, inside out, and air dried it. I am very disappointed with this experience with Simple Wishes.
