Great product and amazing customer service

After the USPS delivered my product to the wrong address, the customer service staff was so great at helping me. They had insurance and I was able to get a refund from the postal service. Great product, amazing customer service!

The product was two different colors. Defective and the salon didn’t reach back out to resolve the problem when I emailed them
