Great product, works exactly as described and no more holes in my shoes and no more socks poking through existing holes. It prevents existing holes from becoming larger and prevents holes developing when applied to shoes before use.

I've been putting these in all my running shoes over the past couple of years. I no longer have a problem with holes appearing in the top of my runners I recommend them to anyone who experiences this problem.
