Ryan Clark was simply excellent. He pointed to all the things I know about manufacturing that make this tub superior. Also a great contact that helped walk me through all parts of the process including getting help for a small leak that developed in shipping. EVERYONE that helped install from guys to help me move it to the electricians that installed the SPA connection raved about it and took pictures. Noted was the quality of workmanship, design and heft.
