Good refreshing taste. Much needed energy boost!

I love the fact that this is refillable unlike the single use packets most gels come in. The flask is great and I like the taste of the gel, which doesn't have the tongue-coating effect of some others I've tried. It was a really good energy boost on a long fell run - for me a major advantage is being able to consume it gradually without getting sticky fingers from an open sachet. This one tastes like the dark chocolate covered Kendal mint cake, as advertised - if you don't like that you probably won't like this either! I do and will be trying some of the other flavours too. 🙂

Too minty for me… tummy didn’t like it. Shame the shelf life isn’t longer.
