It's so cute

I picked this charm because of my love and dedication to my husband. The charm itself is durable, just carful that it does get caught in your hair and snag on clothes. But anyway I absolutely love it and I hope more new charms are made for each individuals theme.

Great customer service

I purchased this charm as a gift. Unfortunately, after wearing the bracelet and charm for maybe 24 hours, the charm link broke and fell off. I contacted customer support, explained what happened, sent in pictures they requested and within an hour I received an email stating my replacement was being shipped next day! It arrived on time! I could not have asked for better communication and support!!
