Bev park pal 🥤✨ PREORDER

One of our Bev has a seam down the middle, when reaching out to get a replacement was told the only way to get a replacement for this defect one would be to pay out of pocket for return shipping. Needless to say we will no longer be doing business with this company. If they are willing to have the consumer pay to get defective items fix.. it’s not a company I want to do business with anymore.

Product was ok. I wish the feet had been a bit smaller they stick out and look weird to me and one is crooked. Really disappointing since I waited almost 2 months to receive these.

Late shipment (yes I’m aware of the 4-5 week preorder fulfillment before shipping), and wrong address on label. Poor, unprofessional communication with the merchant.
