I bought the black tungsten ring as a replacement for my previous wedding band. It arrived and was great quality. Unfortunately through no fault of Vincent faith I had to exchange for a smaller size. I emailed Trevor and had a response within the hour. I sent the ring back the following day, received an email confirming delivery. My replacement was dispatched and delivered to me the day after!
