Nice flavor and finish
I like it. The flavor is sweet without the artificial taste on the back end. The texture is like confectioners sugar. I will buy again.

you have to use twice the amount of sugar to make it taste sweet ..wont buy agsin ..

Great product
Works just like sugar. Tastes like sugar but much less sweet. Have only used to make marshmallows and had to throw batch away that used 100% Jaca. Second batch I did half Jaca half regular sugar and they tasted great. Still a bit less sweet but grandkids love them so at least they are getting less sugar! Will try baking with it next!
