Doesn't always connect

Hi there! We could use some customer support (and happy to change this review after we do). For whatever reason, the mics don't always connect for us, or even drop out mid-song. We'll turn them on and they won't work. We might have set them up wrong, but we had an audio engineer do it for us. We'll turn them on, they won't connect, so we turn them off and back on once or twice until they do.
