The keyboard itself feels amazing to type on, and is extremely easy to work on. The switches feel and sound great. I initially had quite a lot of issues with my keyboard's switches having extremely inconsistent outputs, but Akko never gave up with troubleshooting, even supplying me with multiple different packages of spare parts to test out. The customer support always replied incredibly fast, and were more than willing to assist with the extensive troubleshooting I had to do to figure out what the problem was. After a lot of time spent troubleshooting, I can definitely say I am more than a happy customer!
