Good GU

Great product. I have used it for years on any run over 14 miles. It keeps blood sugars up for about 45 minutes. I continue to take one every 45 minutes until the run is finished. Highly recommend.

Good product at reasonable price

The original GU have been around for quite some time. It’s still an excellent go to for the nutritional benefits. Granted it is a little messy opening sometimes but flavor selection and price win out!
