C’est Clear Gentle Exfoliating Toner

So refreshing!

A toner that doesn’t immediately still when applied really does exist! My skin can be a little sensitive and that has not been an issue at all. Love the refreshing feel of this light mist. A new fave in my skincare routine.

This is my third bottle and I will consistently keep Sugar Plum on hand. Its clean ingredients are gentle on my skin and deliver effective results. It’s hands down my favorite exfoliating toner. Love the reusable glass packaging, too.
