I have a large head measured with a tailors flex tape 61 cms. The cap is tight and measures 59 cms with the same tape. I was going to return it but the costs were not worth it. So I purchased a hat stretcher on Amazon for $20.00 after careful wetting and stretching it now measures 61+. It’s a good hat but be aware of the sizing. My advise to Crowncap is to manufacture to exact sizing or offer a pricing upgrade for the exact size. I’m confident that buyers will pay a few dollars more for the correct fit.

Great hat
I love this cap, it's comfortable, looks great and is light enough that it won't cook my skull as it warms up. Slightly snug for my big head, but nothing that a little time with the hat stretcher couldn't fix.

Nice light hat for summer
I lost a similar hat I bought in Scotland on a bus in Vancouver.
It wasn’t until I started looking for a replacement that I discovered my hometown Winnipeg has a hat company with great choices.
