Not so pleased

Purchased a 20E as other bras are that size, did not fit, too small. Exchanged for a 24E and this too is so tight and very hard to put on. As I have purchased before from Big Girls when a physical store was open and found them to be excellent... I find this time not willing to spend any more time or effort trying to get my SIZE correct using your online sizing chart. I fully measured myself and even spoke on the phone with a lovely helpful young lady and after this conversation 24E was recommended. Will not be recommending Big Girls in the near future. Thank you to the lovely lady who initially helped me.
