Stern blue

I ordered 2 lots of 4 and only received one so I had to take photos of delivery and a week later you sent me another set. I that set was a broken plate and so once again I sent you a photo and was offered £7 but this did not give me a full set. I now have to wait until early June to be able to have a complete set. The product is fantastic but the customer service is terrible. The reason you have 2 stars instead of 1 is the product itself. This experience has been very stressful and disappointing
