Ita Bag Pin Display Backpack with Insert

First things first, Ita Bag Shop is a dropshipper, I learned this after I purchased the bag. This bag arrived with the straps having to be attached by the purchaser, the inside has a plasticky papery sound when it moves, and it's scratchy on my shoulders when I wear it. there are so many straps I cannot for the life of me figure out the uses for and like they're there just for aesthetic purposes, and I understand ita bags are supposed to be aesthetic but I want the bag I use to carry my things to work every day to be easily usable as well. Edit: You say it wasn't dropshipped and yet I found the exact same bag with 50 different listings on Aliexpress, one for 6 bucks

I love how casual yet nerdy this bag feels The second i recived it, I immediately became very hyperfocused decorating my bag.
