Why the Sakara x Does Collab Won Me Over (Best Customer Service Ever)

I recently purchased the Sakara x Does collab, and let me just say—I was so excited to get both the products and the adorable bag. When my order arrived, I was disappointed to see that the Elixir and Cell Reset were expired, but I reached out to customer service and they responded immediately. They apologized and, since the samples were expired, they sent me full-size versions instead. The products themselves have been amazing, and I’m loving them—plus the bag is even cuter in person. This turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, and everything arrived so fast.

I love this pouch! It's well made and super cute 😍. I also really love getting to try some newer Sakara items. My only disappointment was in the Metabolism bars. . . stale and chalky. I have ordered them the past they were just fine. Not sure what happened this time. Overall, Love! I will be purchasing Serene State gummies asap!
