They accidentally sent me two of one of my orders, and responded within the estimated businesses days on their website. I was missing the Sakura Cold Foam, and they immediately sent shipping details in response. It smells like freezedried strawberry cookies and inflates quite a lot. The texture was plush and marshmallow-y by the end.
