Definitely well made and will be handy if I’m ever caught in light to steady rain. It is a lot bulkier than I thought. I’m 6’4 225lbs and XL is usually a bit snug for me; but this is plenty long and roomy enough to be used as an outer shell layer even in snowy conditions (with the right layers underneath).
