Memoro™ Drive

I ordered the Memoro Brand which was advertised as not needing to download an app, but received a generic version that requires an app, so I am returning them if I can get customer service to respond before the 30 days are up. What I received is not what I ordered.

I have been in contact ever since this item was delivered. I received two 2TB flash drives that do not work. They are not the Memoro brand i paid for. I have asked that the products i ordered be delivered and am being ignored. Please send me the two Memoro 2TB drives i ordered. I have sent a photo of the defective drives. I have acknowledged they were delivered however i have not received the order i placed a d oaid for.

I did not order. It arrived damaged and not even compatible with my phone. I submitted a fraudulent order claim with my bank and attemted unsuccessfully to get my money back.
