Very happy with my new dinner set, love the colour and the quality of the set. I have been using it and it has been in the dishwasher and is still looking like new. The customer service I received from Vancasso was exceptional when I contacted them regarding a damaged plate I received when the set was delivered. If you are looking for a new dinner set this one is beautiful.

Beautiful tableware set

I ordered two sets of the Playa Glossy Dinnerware Set from yourselves as a gift for my daughter and her husband. On arrival, two side plates were broken, even though extremely well packaged. I constantly received answers to my emails regarding this from you and the issue was resolved in a way more than I ever expected with a replacement set.
