Great customer service
The wick was forgotten but they were quick to make it right and I appreciated that. Smells great

While these oil candles are pretty, it’s almost impossible to get the too soft cotton wicks to sink into the oil because of all of the herbs and flowers. And the when the wick burns it becomes hard and wont keep burning. I tried pulling it through and trimming it but it wouldn’t burn again, leaning 1/2 bottle of oil and approximately 3” of wick unused. I followed what little directions there were to no avail. Tried a second candle with the same results. Will not purchase again. Pretty but not very useful
