Loved the discount on the “spin the wheel” -saved me a lot of $! Fast shipping, great updates on the ordering and processing, excellent packaging. The bonus 6 bags of coffee arrived shortly after the machine itself and were a nice complimentary gift, although I missed any indication of how I might select the bags (I mostly drink decaf, while all the bags are regular, but still are lovely).
