Verve Headrest does not fasten firmly
Unfortunately we had no luck firmly installing the headrest to the Verve chair despite several attempts with multiple headrests and backrests. The support team at Branch however was excellent in responding to my concerns, voluntarily issuing alternate headrests and backrest and ultimately, processing the return pickup and refund.... All that said, I keep the Verve chair as it's great.
