Such a joy!

I am really enjoying my robotic cat. The only thing that I wish was different was that the cat actually had the ability to walk down the hall and greet me just as my actual cat had been able to do in life other than that the purring heartbeat meowing swishing of the tail, turning on the head is absolutely lovely.

Lovely but does not fully work/motors get jammed

I love him but he is/was defective straight out of the box. I've contacted you by email twice about it weeks ago and I have not received a reply or even an acknowledgement of my emails yet. Very disappointing hence the low rating. If he was functioning as advertised and/or the warranty claim had been actioned it would have been 5 stars.
