Corvette C7 Side & Rear Window Louver Cover

Couple points - EOS is a stand up company and fixed a shipping error on their dime. Got me the right parts during a postal strike. Very cool. The rear window louver uses double sided tape and just a single pass of tape will do the trick as there isn’t a lip or raised area that will get in the way. Super simple and easy. The side windows… man oh man. I ended up having to build up 3 layers of double sided tape on one louver and 2 layers on the other (but might pull it off and redo it with 3 layers - another $20) just so that the adhesive would touch the glass as there is a 3/8” lip all the way around the mounting area and a single pass of double sided tape would never ever even touch the glass surface. I spend about $60 on double sided tape. All the items came with a small amount of 1/8”? wide double sided tape which would never ever be enough to do all 3 pieces even if I could get away with a single pass. So prepare to buy quality, wider tape. After it’s all said and done, love this mod. Adds more angles and breaks up the flat roof and rear window. Very cool. Super happy with the end result!

Fits well and looks good

These louvers are great. Few notes: 1) Reminder they are unpainted. I sprayed them with a black gloss and a glossy clear coat. 1 can of each did all three. 2) The side louvers are indented slightly, so just know you need to make up the difference with 3M tape to get them to stick to the windows. 3) Highly recommend getting your own 3M tape 4) The rear window louver has a tendency to "slap" the window. Looking to add a bit of 3M or something to stop that noise. All in all, I get a TON of compliments. Get them.
