I purchased 1 last year and it did great. Somehow, during recent transport from a local lake, it came off. Don't necessarily believe it was because of any defect-horribly rough roads or installation error on my part were probably the culprit. Regardless of the cause, the CEO personally contacted me after he learned of this and sent a replacement at no cost. I think it is impressive that the CEO himself takes time to read reviews and contact customers directly and they stand behind their products so well. That is the sign of a great company in my book and I will be a customer for life and will refer them to everyone!
