Handmade Norse axe ''Njord" with gently leather wrap

I was looking for a handmade, hand forged high quality carbon steel axe and after reading the reviews online, I felt Ancient Smithy was a great option. I was very impressed with the quality and design of the ''Njord" Nord Axe. They took time and care in creating a functional, well built ready to use axe in a Viking/Nordic style. I haven't had the opportunity to field test the axe yet, but i am fairly confident from the overall construction and detail that this would hold up to regular daily abuse. I'll definitely looking to Ancient Smithy for future weaponry.

This is the coolest ace ever! It is beautifully made! My husband loved it for Father’s Day! It also is functional! I will definitely purchase more for our collection!

I’m very impressed with this amazing piece, I’m definitely buying two more. This one was gift for my wife and she liked it a lot, I did too I kind of wanted to keep it for myself but could not. Thanks for the amazing work.
