Best Shoes Ever

I have been wearing barefoot shoes for about ten years. they have all been comfortable. But Splay has the widest toe box that I have found and I really needed that extra width. A good looking classic shoe, and comfortable. I both four pairs and wear them every day.

I liked them, Too small

At the recommendation of the website, since there are no half sizes, I sized down. My toes hit the front of the shoe so this was a bad suggestion. Even worse I bought them during a sale, in which had ended, and there were none in stock of the correct size so I couldnt exchange them or repurchase at the same price. So now I have to wait until they are in stock and on sale again if I want them same deal. I am happy with the way they handled the return, it was very simple and I didnt have to pay to return ship. It was handled quickly. I did however like the shoes and will probably purchase them again when they are available.

For (even die-hard) Fans of Vans

I saw the ads and the hype was real. Felt happy for folks who were looking for this shoe, but I wasn't intending on buying the Revs. I wear original Freestyles most work days, and I like that level of minimalism. A co-worker, whom I'd gotten to begin the transition to BF shoes, ordered some Revs, and it was only when I saw and handled them in real life, that I wanted a pair, myself! They are really well built. They're more shoe than I'm used to, but I like to wear them for long days on ladders. Something I dread in Freestyles. Revs do everything Vans can, but with an anatomically correct toe box and zero drop insole. They're designed to protect your feet from thrashing and bashing, whether skateboarding or BMX. But, they're just as great for long hours, standing on ladder rungs, or cycling, or a mosh pit, or anything else demanding.
