Ashwagandha in the evening

I’ve been taking ashwagandha at night and the biggest change is how I wake up. I’m less drained in the morning. Sleep feels a bit deeper and I don’t start the day as exhausted. It’s not a knockout sleepy pill — more like my body actually recovers overnight. The effect built gradually, not after the first dose.

I take one shortly before bed. Restful sleep all thru the night, which had not been the norm for some time.

I am a Momentus-only type of supplement guy. Great quality that I truly trust. My only challenge is that I have become overzealous with my subscriptions and now have mutiple accounts somehow and have run into too much product.
