I’ve been taking ashwagandha at night and the biggest change is how I wake up. I’m less drained in the morning. Sleep feels a bit deeper and I don’t start the day as exhausted. It’s not a knockout sleepy pill — more like my body actually recovers overnight. The effect built gradually, not after the first dose.
