HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 – Wireless Gaming Mouse

The connection through bluetooth, wire, and extended cable does not work. The Ngenuity app also claims the mouse isn’t on even after charging it. I’ve been trying to get a hold with customer service to make a return, but no one is responding through calls or email. Now I am stuck with a useless mouse.

Left click on the mouse went maybe after maybe 200 hours. Never was slammed dropped or nothing just got real "squishy" doesnt work properly anymore.

I really like this mouse, only complaint would be the size of the side buttons. Wish it was a little larger or more pronounced.
